Michael earned his yellow headband! We are so proud of him, and we are thrilled that he has an interest in taekwondo. See the stripes on his belt? He has to earn the 4 black stripes in order to test for each level.

Day 239 (Day 355) The Weekend
Usually on the weekends, or "Stay Home Days" as my son likes to call them, we lounge around in our jammies until mid-morning, with remnants of breakfast on our face. Baby girl insists on having her shoes on even in her pajamas! We have a special pair that are a size too big for her, just so she can slip them on over her footed pajamas. She is so funny!

Day 219 (Day 335) Nightlife
Since we really don't have a nightlife, these are the only shots I get past dusk. My nephew and his friend came over to our house so that I could take pictures for them. They are entertainers, and try to make some coin from this art. Eventually they want me to take more pictures to make calendars, to try to promote their buisness!

Although it is not pictured here, it always amazes me the amount of packaging that is wasted when companies mail out these freebies. I try to recylce the parts that can be! And I am not complaining. I love to get me some packages in the mail - full of free stuff!

Another one bites the dust! We sold my SUV for a down payment on our next ride. As you recall a few months back, we also sold our Corvette for this same purpose. We have a nice chunk now to put down now!

Wow! Extreme close up! Well, I did it on purpose. See those those teeny weeny freckles on MJ's nose? They just appeared, and I love them!!! His Daddy had freckles as a kid, but I only acquired them by sun damage, and they are not this cute.
